4. Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas & Times

  • Local Delivery: Available within 25 miles of our shop
  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed by 2:00 PM (subject to availability)
  • Standard Delivery: 1-3 business days
  • Express Delivery: Next-day delivery (additional fees apply)

Delivery Guidelines

  • Recipient must be available to accept delivery
  • If recipient is unavailable, delivery may be left in a safe location
  • We are not responsible for arrangements left at unattended addresses
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Weather or other unforeseen circumstances may delay delivery
  • Signature may be required for high-value orders

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Windows

Standard Orders: Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery for full refund

Same-Day Orders: Cannot be cancelled once confirmed

Custom/Event Orders: Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for 50% refund

Refund Policy

  • Refunds processed to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Quality issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Photo evidence may be required for quality claims
  • We offer replacement or refund for verified quality issues
  • Perishable nature of flowers means no refunds for natural wilting after delivery

6. Product Quality and Substitutions

We take pride in delivering fresh, beautiful flowers. However, due to the seasonal and perishable nature of flowers:

  • Flower availability may vary by season and supply
  • We reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value
  • Substitutions maintain the overall style, color scheme, and value
  • Container styles may vary based on availability
  • Actual arrangements may differ slightly from photos
  • Flower sizes and bloom stages vary naturally

7. Care Instructions and Liability

Fresh flowers are perishable products. We provide care instructions with every order. Our liability is limited as follows:

  • We guarantee freshness at the time of delivery
  • Longevity depends on proper care and environmental conditions
  • We are not responsible for premature wilting due to improper care
  • Environmental factors (heat, cold, direct sunlight) affect flower life
  • Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the order

8. Account Responsibilities

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate and current
  • Complying with these terms when using your account

9. Intellectual Property
